Det är jag som skriver / I am the one writing

An exhibition by Anna Strand.

Everything takes place around the table. The child is visible there from 15 February 1945. She then does the following: Sits, lies, stands on and beside it. At the end of 1947 the child leaves the table for good. In the last picture, she is sitting on its edge. Someone is lacing a pair of shoes on her. She is then photographed in the countryside, in mountain landscapes, in meadows, in the city and in public places, until 1963. I have looked at those negatives too. No one else will be allowed to do so. I am the one writing and I am deciding that everything takes place around the table.
